TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT

BOOKING FEE: A booking fee of $300 is required at the time of booking to confirm the date. No booking is confirmed until the photographer has been paid. After confirming the booking, the photographer will reserve his services exclusively for the couple’s wedding.

CANCELLATIONS: If the booking is cancelled seven months or more before the wedding date, a refund of $150 will be paid. If the cancellation is made less than seven months before the wedding date, no portion of the booking fee will be refunded. The seven month point is determined by the day in the month that the wedding is booked for (eg... if a wedding is booked for the 21st of September and the booking is cancelled after the 21st of February, no refund of the booking fee will be paid).

PAYMENT OF BALANCE OF FEE: The remaining payment of $1050 must be paid at least seven days prior to the booked wedding date.

NEGATIVES: After a period of two years after the wedding, the negatives may be purchased for $15 dollars per roll. If more than $700 worth of reprints have been purchased during the two year period, the negatives will be returned to the couple free of charge.
